What kind of services are offered on VisCorner?
Different kinds of services are offered on VisCorner. You can hire from home renovation to phone repair for all your needs.
How does it work exactly?
  • Post a job to get responses from different service providers.
  • Compare the service providers based on their reviews, prices, etc.
  • When you find the right service provider, contact them directly to hire them.
How many responses will I get and when will I hear back?
You should expect to hear from at least 4 service providers and you should get your first response immediately.
How do I pay for a service?
You pay service providers directly, after agreeing to hire them.
How much does it cost to use VisCorner?
VisCorner is completely free for customers.

How does VisCorner work?
Register the services you offer on our platform. Customers in need of your services can easily contact you and we will notify you whenever a customer requests the kind of service you provide. You can also browse our job page to reply to jobs that interest you.

Different kinds of services can be offered on VisCorner. No matter the work you do, VisCorner can help you grow.
How do customers find my business?
We do the marketing so you don’t have to. We actively promote your services to customers on search engines and social media. We also use direct marketing and other channels.
How do I pay for a service?
It’s free to register your business on VisCorner but you need to pay a small fee (On average, you can expect to pay between 245 to 645 naira per job) to contact customers from your wallet. The fee depends on the job. You can also subscribe for a period of time.
How does funding my wallet work?
  • Click on “Pricing” on the top right corner when you log in.
  • Enter the amount you want to top up and click add to proceed to checkout.
  • When you contact a customer/ send quote you will be charged directly from your wallet. It is usually between 345-645.
How does the subscription work?
  • Click on “Pricing” on the top right corner when you log in.
  • Choose the subscription plan you want.
  • You can contact customers based on the fair usage quota given for the chosen plan
  • You won’t be charged per quote while your subscription is valid.
  • You will add your card on our pricing page to create an order for a subscription
  • Your subscription with renew automatically at its original price
What is the fair usage quota?
You can contact a limited number of clients within your subscription period. This limit is set in such a way that if you send quotes to get the jobs you can do, you won’t be able to exceed the limit. This allows us to protect every service provider’s right to access available jobs.
Why do I need to fund my wallet?
It’s faster and cheaper to pay from your wallet. You will not have to enter your card or bank details every time you want to contact a customer. Apart from that, you will save bank processing costs as you do not have to pay from your bank account each time you want to contact a customer.
How do I fund my wallet?
Click on “Pricing” in the top right corner when you log in. You can choose any of the preferred payment methods and your wallet would be credited immediately after payment is received
How do I subscribe?
Click on “Pricing” in the top right corner when you log in. Choose the subscription plan you want and add your card details.
How do I get paid for the services I provide?
Customers would pay you directly for your services after the negotiation
What if I am traveling or busy and I cannot take a job?
  • You can ignore emails, and respond to new jobs when you get back.
  • You can go to your notification and turn off new customer requests.
What does the different verification status mean?
  • Not verified:This is what it shows if you haven’t added any document or if your added document(s) has been checked and rejected. You will get an email on the reason why it was rejected so you can make necessary adjustments in adding a new one .
  • Pending:This is what it shows after you add a document but it hasn’t been checked yet.
  • Verified:This is what it shows if you have added a document and it has been checked and verified.
